Order Processing 

Please allow 2-3 days to process your KickFlipper order. Expect an email within the same time frame to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping rates for your KickFlipper order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping of 2 or more Kickflipper boards are available for domestic shipments only. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 days after the KickFlipper has shipped.
Flat rate shipping and handling fee of $9.25 applies to orders shipping to mainland USA.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently offered in Canada & Australia. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Duties & taxes are not calculated at checkout. Additional Taxes and Duties information:

• Duties: Duties are taxes imposed by your country on imported goods. The amount of duty varies depending on the type of goods and their value.

• Import Taxes: Import taxes are additional taxes imposed by your country on imported goods. Like duties, the amount of import tax varies depending on the type of goods and their value.

• Who pays duties and import taxes? As the buyer, you are responsible for paying duties and import taxes. We do not cover these costs.

• How are duties and import taxes calculated? Duties and import taxes are typically calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

It's important to note that duties and import taxes are not included in the price of our products. You will need to pay these additional costs when your package arrives in your country.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at ogkickflipper@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
